An affirmation is a positive thought or statement that you read or repeat to yourself. By doing so you impress your subconscious mind as a result, your conscious actions and thoughts to be guided in a more positive way. When it comes to affirmations the sky is the limit. You can use affirmations to overcome obstacles, help you break bad habits, gain better self esteem, have a better body image, improve your health, overcome fears and anxieties, attract a new job, living space or the right person into your life.

Affirmations repeated daily are helpful to keep you motivated and bring about changes to your thoughts that will bring about long lasting benefits in all areas of your life. It is very important to phrase affirmations in t the positive and present moment. Keeping your affirmations short and simple will make them easy for you to remember.

It is helpful to write out the affirmations you are currently using and put them somewhere you will see/read them often. In the morning when you first wake up are very good times to say/read your affirmations as they help set the tome for your day and send you to sleep with good thoughts. You can place your affirmations where you will see them like by your bedside, on your coffee can, bathroom mirror, inside cupboard doors, desk drawers, or in your wallet. You can make a few affirmation cards and pick a new one to focus on each day of the week. Be creative and have fun with it.

Work smarter not harder. It is important for you to keep the thoughts you send out daily matched up with your dreams so that you can witness them unfolding.

Consciously decide that you are willing to become more aware of your thoughts and actions in your daily life. You will notice a difference in what you attract, be glad you did.

Do not underestimate the mind body connection. When you pay attention to how your body is feeling, you will be able to see if you are fully focused at the same level of your desires.

There is an age old saying "You reap what you sow" This applies to your thoughts as well. What you send out thought wise will come back to you, so it is important to pay attention to the thoughts you are thinking as they are what you are sending out to be created at any given moment.

Take time daily to give thought focus upon what you want and how you see your life in all areas. Doing this will help you keep moving forward.
