Meditate Meditation is not just about sitting cross-legged on a the floor (although this is a good practice to work up to). Take time to quiet your mind daily even for 5 min in the morning and 5 minutes at night. You will be glad you did.
   
Breathe Deeply
Breathing deeply. This is a great habit to practice as so many of us are shallow breathers and we never fully take in life. Breathing deeply also helps stimulate energy.
   
Connect with Ki
Ki energy is about really becoming in-tune with your body and the energy that runs through you.
   
Conscious Movement By this we mean some form of exercise that you do daily with your whole energy and attention in the moment.
   
Eat Healthy Eating Healthy is so important. Make sure you are getting enough nutrition from the foods you eat and taking extra supplements to help top you up.
   
Hydrate Most of us do not drink enough water. It is so important to hydrate yourself daily.
   
Awareness Cultivate more awareness in your daily life. Take time to be aware of how you feel and what you think. Be Aware when you are think negative thoughts. This will help you make positive changes.
   
Read
Read something daily that inspires you. It can be anything.
   
Write
Write daily in a journal. Many of us keep online blogs in the message board section of the website it is a lot of fun and feels good to share insights and help each other along the way.
   
Affirmations
Placing affirmations on your mirror, in your wallet, on your pc monitor, or taped inside your cupboard or fridge door can be a helpful way to get your thinking on track with the direction you want to be headed in.
   
Focus
Focus on your goals and desires often. This will help you turn them from thoughts and ideas into reality.
   
Motivate
Motivating yourself and your friends is the best way to keep inspired.
   
Maintain
Maintain a set standard for your daily life in all areas.
   
Healing
Healing for yourself and helping others heal is an important part of daily life. When we help ourselves and others heal we all benefit.
   
Acceptance
Acceptance of who you are and of others as they are.
   
Forgiveness
Forgiveness is huge. Having forgiveness for yourself and for others is the only way to ever move forward.
   
Communicate
 Good Communication is a valuable skill and so important to daily life. Learn to communicate honestly with yourself and others it is the key to any good relationship be it love, friends, family, work, or yourself.
   
Appreciate
 Appreciate all that you are and all that you have.
   
Gratitude
Gratitude is so important and will help you keep attracting good things into your life.
   
See Beauty
See Beauty around you whereever you are.
   
Feel Love
Love makes the world go round. Feel love towards yourself, others and your surroundings daily. Send that love energy out into the world to grow.
   
Reflect
Take time to Reflect on your day in the morning and at night. When you wake up take a few minutes to mentally plan out having a fabulous day. In the evening Look back at all the good things that happened and let yourself feel a sense of accomplishment.
   
As you begin to use this checklist, you may find there are things you would like to add to it. Please feel free to do just that. On the printable version, there are spaces for you to use as you see fit. This process is a very personal one, and this checklist is only meant to be a starting point.


Your dreams are where you want to be headed and your actions and goals are what will help you turn them into reality.

Work smarter not harder. It is important for you to keep the thoughts you send out daily matched up with your dreams so that you can witness them unfolding.

Consciously decide that you are willing to become more aware of your thoughts and actions in your daily life. You will notice a difference in what you attract, be glad you did.

Do not underestimate the mind body connection. When you pay attention to how your body is feeling, you will be able to see if you are fully focused at the same level of your desires.

There is an age old saying "You reap what you sow" This applies to your thoughts as well. What you send out thought wise will come back to you, so it is important to pay attention to the thoughts you are thinking as they are what you are sending out to be created at any given moment.

Take time daily to give thought focus upon what you want and how you see your life in all areas. Doing this will help you keep moving forward.

Be honest with yourself and do not settle for less than you feel you deserve.
